I bought this product to connect a computer monitor and flat screen TV to my computer. We love connecting a TV to a computer to watch online videos on a big screen, but switching the monitor cable back and forth between the monitor and the TV is a hassle. Some other reviews have shown that other people have done the same with this cable. However, when I connect this cable to my devices, it only works with a computer monitor when no TV is connected, and doesn't work with a TV at all. If you want to connect your monitor and TV to your computer, buy a different splitter. When I contacted the seller to ask for the cable to be returned, they asked me to ship the cable back to them. After a second request, they reluctantly provided me with a return label. They didn't confirm receipt of the refund until I contacted them to ask why they still haven't refunded the money. They again asked me to send it back to them even though the tracking number on the package indicated it had been in their possession for over a week. I still had to file a complaint with Revain before I could get a refund.
