Good for multitasking, not good for gaming
If you decide to buy a docking station for your gaming laptop, skip those and go for the 40GB/s Thunderbolt version. or look at eGPU/s. This dock is rated at 5GB/s over USB/C, and if you try to use it while gaming, the I/O lag will cost you the game. big! It has a lot of I/O for me, everything I need goes through one cable! Update: Dock cable fails after 2 months of daily use, contacted HP support and they sent a brand new cable! To be honest I am satisfied with this G2 docking station. I will buy again from this seller, excellent quality!
