I definitely recommend buying, I didnt notice any disadvantages.
I used it with interfaces from Audiobox, steinberg and Behringer, played guitar and DJed a little in them, very satisfied Got pros: Clear sound, good noise reduction, suitable for both listening to music and recording guitar, confirmed their reputation as the best solution under $100 Some cons: I have not found it yet, except that they are a little heavy, after one and a half to two hours it puts pressure on the ears.
