Hair length is as expected, as is the color. Out of 6 packs I only used 4.5 for the whole head and it was great. I like that the loop is pretty easy to keep open for most strands; However, the gold band (sandwich bag) used to hold the strands together sometimes separates strands of hair, so you must be very careful not to mix the strands when removing them from the band. Also, some threads are thinner than others, so the same size wasn't the same on every pack. The set also included a crochet hook and some small silver and gold hair clips. Overall happy with the purchase but it would be helpful if they could make these small improvements to the strand and hair tie size.
