I like that they are very fast to respond when you have questions or need help! They can be flexible in terms of design changes but also know how important it is for your brand's image/looks etc so make sure everything works out well together before going live (or at least give them some time). We've used their team several times now as we're launching our new website which has been fantastic each step along way - from logo creation through site launch & ongoing support afterwards too :) Great service all round!! Nothing really apart form being ableto get things done quickly without having an endless amount off back-and forth emails over text messages would change about this experience overall though :D.
