My 3 year old is between 2T and 3T. 2T is too short and narrow, and 3T falls right off that (found this at the zoo while running to see the elephants). She asks to wear her belt with her pants. Thanks for the simple solution! They are easy to adjust and comfortable for you. Plus, she can still take her pants on and off when needed for the bathroom, so she's still independent with it. Elastic is the way to go until they master the buckle.
