To be honest this is my first purchase from this company but I already love them. They emailed me as soon as I placed my order to make sure I knew if there were any problems they would resolve it immediately. I needed surgical steel because some of the other plugs I've had reacted really badly on my ears, but these (plus vitamin E oil) make my ears feel amazing.
