I like how accessible this is for our customer support team, they can use it to do their job efficiently without having to learn anything new.
Sometimes when you are logged in it takes longer than expected to load up so be patient, but once its loaded its pretty easy to navigate around the system, very intuitive. It's not much of an issue at all honestly, we've been using it as part of our internal call center workflow instead of emailing customers or faxing papers back and forth. We're able to save time with less emails and more efficiency overall.
