I love this bookshelf! It is very easy to assemble and the colors are beautiful. Yes, the fabric can be a little flimsy/fragile, but it can always be replaced later. I wanted something for seasonal books for my 4 year old so he always has choices. The size is perfect (for me), but runs small, so be sure to measure. Good to know. the small cardboard books on this shelf are not visible, but that is typical of any Sling shelf. A great alternative to storing books on a shelf are these little dollar storage bins as shown in my picture. It fits him perfectly.
