Review on CommPay by Jay Aukuso

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Clunky application with outdated design

I love that I can have all of my invoices for an account in one system, rather than having to have them all in separate systems. The software is not user friendly (to me). The back end looks and feels like something from the 70's - hard to navigate, difficult to pull reports, etc. It takes too long to get everything set up and operational. We use CommPay at our main office, but are looking into adding it at our branch locations as well. It would be great if we could integrate CommPay into our existing Intuit QuickBooks Online accounting system. Tracking commissions paid by our various agency partners. I like that I can pay commission to my travel agents and that it is easy to send payments to them. I also like that I can track my payments to them. I dislike that I can not set up direct payments to my travel agents. I also dislike that I can not pay my travel agents directly. CommPay is a great way to send payments to my travel agents and track payments. I also like that I can pay commission to my travel agents.
