i used this product to pierce my septum. i had my friend do it for me, and the only bad thing i’d say about it is that the piercing didn’t fit through the needle. i had to kind of shove it through afterwards, which was painful, but not too bad. everything was sterile, the piercings are good quality, however the balls are impossible to unscrew and screw back on. i had to use pliers to get them off. but once i figured that part out, it was fine.
