I originally bought these to use as lasagna filled gifts. They are exactly what I wanted and the perfect size. I was afraid they wouldn't be deep enough, but they are. I made lasagna using the same recipe, divided it into two ceramic molds and gave it to two different people, both of whom are having a hard time. One person shared it with a friend that night as it easily feeds two, and another person eats leftovers for three days. I think I'll order more so I can make double casseroles, eat one and freeze the other to take with me for the night when I don't feel like cooking, or for someone to have with me. I love the feel and the style. They're easy to work with, not heavy like a traditional lasagna pan, but still thick. They just look good, empty when full. I'm a fan.
