Review on Big Boss Stainless Electric Pressure by Choice Maynard

The Big Boss pressure cooker works well until the pressure relief valve broke on the second use. Inspection of the valve block shows that the plastic shut-off block is broken. A friend bought the same device and had better luck, his valve broke after 3 uses. The warranty on this machine is worth nothing if you can contact the company. It took several days and calls to different numbers to find the right company and department. At that point I was informed that a new unit would be sent for my name and address upon request. That was 5 weeks ago and not a single block has arrived. Now nobody picks up the call to the number I called earlier. Below is a photo of the plastic latch breaking and falling out.
