The highest quality whey protein isolate at the best price

I am an active person. I do mixed martial arts, marathons, and weightlifting. As a result, I need to constantly consume protein to nourish my muscles and recover. Eating protein from real food is always best, but that has its issues as I also want calories and carbs to be moderate to avoid gaining weight, which is not easy at my age. over 20 years. When I was young, I drank whatever was cheapest. But now I'm much more careful about what I put in my body and I don't mind paying more for quality. Most protein powders on the market contain tons of junk. Looking at the labels, I wonder why all these ingredients are needed in the first place. Even so-called "healthy" brands and popular brands contain artificial ingredients, chemicals, and fillers. My last protein was Jay Rob protein. It's very similar to Antler Farms in terms of flavor and ingredients (more on that later). I was very happy using Jay Robb's for many months until someone pointed out that Jay Robb's label has a disclaimer that actually states they use rGBH whey protein in combination with rGBH-free whey protein. However, they advertise whey protein without hormones. Very clever and misleading marketing that turned me completely away from Jay Robb and towards Antler Farms. Antler Farms consists of just four simple ingredients. First off, it's 100% New Zealand grass-fed whey protein isolate. The fact that he is from New Zealand is not just a marketing ploy. I've been to New Zealand (beautiful country!) and experienced first hand that their farming is very clean and frankly far better than anything else in the US. Growth hormones such as rBGH and rBST are prohibited. No antibiotics, no GMOs. The cattle are raised on real land and eat grass, not corn. It is clear that a healthy natural cow gives the best milk. Also, I know I won't be consuming any chemicals. For me, this is its biggest selling point - a pure, high-quality source of protein. The next two ingredients are vanilla extract and stevia leaves. It's a light scent and just right for my taste. I really like the taste. The last ingredient is sunflower lecithin. From what I understand this improves blendability. Without this, it would not be possible to stir it in water. Some products use soy lecithin for this. But as someone who is a bit concerned about soy for its effects on estrogen, I'm glad they used sunflower. Lecithin is a fat derived from the dehydration of sunflower seeds. Some people even take lecithin as a dietary supplement because the fatty acids are good for the brain. One thing people should know is that this protein powder doesn't contain any chewy ingredients and is therefore more watery than traditional drinks. (Jay Robb uses xanthan gum). Because it's an isolate, it doesn't contain any fat or lactose to bother my digestion and absorbs quickly. This product comes in a 2 pound bag. The closure is interesting in that it's not a typical zipper, but miniature plastic hooks (e.g. Velcro). This makes it easier to close because you don't have to line up the pages to do so. Simply click together to close. Pack of 30 servings. Each serving contains 26g protein, 7g BCAAs, 1g fat, 116 calories, 2g carbohydrates and 0.3g sugar. All in all, this is a great product and I recommend everyone to try it for themselves, especially if you are not entirely happy with the way your current protein is made.
