I was quite skeptical about this mattress given the many reviews, some liked it, others hated it. However, I tried. I'm so glad I did! I used to have a Sleep Number bed before it was damaged in a storm. While waiting for my house to be renovated, I purchased a memory foam mattress (not Tempurpedic) from a mattress company. I used to think this mattress was the end of it all for memory foam mattresses until I tried this one! I like the mattress from soft to plush. This mattress is quite firm when you first lie down (which made me nervous) but adapts quickly to your body and provides comfort. I have piriformis syndrome and bursitis in both thighs which makes it very difficult to sleep. I had no lower back or hip pain while sleeping on this mattress, unlike another foam mattress I've purchased that cost about 5 times the price of this one! If you are curious about a memory foam mattress and looking for an invisible look, give this one a try. I don't think you will be disappointed. I also noticed a slight smell when unpacking it, but after about 48 hours the smell was completely gone. I like it so much I'm considering getting another one for my spare room.
