It's very easy to use. The program is user Friendly. Sometimes we didn't have time to update our work time sheets. It is also hard to track inventory when using their system. For me I believe this is the best payroll system. It has helped us streamline our business by allowing us to keep track of customer info and service invoices easier than before! I don't think any one really dislikes it! We are now able to view all reports without having to go in person and look up each individual piece of information and time sheet separately! I like that it's easy to use. It has all of my employees' contact info, so I can easily keep tabs on them. The system is simple to navigate. It is very customizable. I would have liked more training. I'd recommend this product for small businesses. We've been able to get all our employees' phone numbers and addresses into one place. We are now able to communicate with them easier as well.
