I love this kettle! Like the shape. Easy to clean, cooks quickly, attractive. :-) Let's face it, using this kettle to boil water is way better for the environment than heating it on the stove. (and your electric bill!) It's well made and sturdy. I'm sure it will stand the test of time. I can't say enough about the blue light in it (that's the little baby in me). Cosori uses British Strix thermostat technology which some companies don't have and I felt this was important in my decision. Like other customers, I did a lot of research before purchasing. Cosori has a lot of support and it's well deserved! If you have a problem or even a suggestion/comment, they are willing to listen, which most companies don't want. Thanks Jubilee for being so patient and taking the time to listen! We hope that the product designers will take into account what we discussed regarding the color of the LED lighting. I won't repeat myself here as it wouldn't be nice if your competitors stole your design idea! Okay, now the cleanest. Yes, unfortunately you can smell something from the spout, which is mostly stainless steel but the edges are plastic. It would be great if the product designers (who are geniuses) could make the spout all metal. The plastic surrounding the grid actually makes contact with the glass container when the lid is down and also the boiling water squirts out and touches the container. However, I'm confident that product designers can change that with a little ingenuity. This change makes this Cosori kettle even more appealing to those who don't want plastic in their water. In general, the result. Yes, great kettle. Yes, I highly recommend it. yes it is very attractive Yes, in the future I will buy it again if needed or buy it as a gift for family and friends.
