Don't expect 300mA unless you have above average sunlight
I can get around 0.5-20mA of current under a powerful LED lamp. 1-10mA current. Under average sun conditions (low in the sky) I can get about 50mA of current. I'll have to wait until summer to test strong sun conditions, but I don't expect it to trip 300mA. .
