everything dried up wasted my $

i was so upset. I opened it up and at first the sandpaper was a joke. 2 very small pieces. 1 inch x 3 inches. yes it is small Come on, sandpaper isn't that expensive. Farther and worse. the white sparkling mass was very dry and cracked. It won't spread. it just fell apart. Now I have to go to the hardware store to buy a fresh can of wall sealant.
