Did I get a dud? - my new review

Maybe I just got a dud, but I have tried multiple times to get it to charge my 3 batteries and it will charge the first up to about 55% and then quits. It never tries charging the others unless I remove the partially charged battery and then it only charges the next one up to 55% and quits again.
