Setup and Working on my review.

The setup is not difficult, but I needed a second hand to hold parts. That is normal. If you are not mechanically inclined, or you are disabled so that you do not have the strength to hold a part and screw it together at the same time, you will need a friend or someone to help. Instructions are easy to understand with diagrams to assist you. I had to align the belt, but I followed the easy directions and it aligned just fine. I oiled the deck, but had to loosen the belt to get under it which was easy to do. I adjusted the support pads like it said. Runs quiet, keeps distance and I think it is mileage, keeps pulse rate, time and speed. Runs very very quiet and the rails fit me just right. I am 6'2" and weigh 225. Now I can walk when it is raining and when it is dark and cold in winter. Got it day before yesterday, so I might do another review when I got more time on it. Only $600 shipping tax and all. Great buy.

Pros
  • Speed starts at 0.2 MPH and adjusts in increments of 1/10's MPH up to a maximum of 5 MPH. 10 shock absorbing deck cushions with extra reinforcement for reducing joint impact while walking
Cons
  • Difficult to assemble without professional assistance
