first RODI user here. I first bought this kit to lower the tds in my fresh water tanks as my faucet is a bit harsh. The instructions are clear and understandable. I like the idea of having different colored tubes to visually indicate the direction of flow. Initially I only bought the 4-stage kit and the filtered water delivery was a little slow. I figured since I already have a good basic setup why not upgrade the system to also provide filtered drinking water. I contacted support and the response came quickly. Dave provided a PDF with several upgrade options and even answered a few questions from a RODI newbie like me. , a drinking water faucet on the kitchen sink and a shut-off valve under the sink. I would say the hardest part was arranging the pipe nest since I don't have a lot of space under the kitchen sink. So far, so good. there are no leaks but as the filtered water is still slow I have left the filtered water tank unattended and have had to clean up quite a few overflows - not the product's fault. I am very happy with this set and would recommend it.
