I work part time at a golf course and one of my jobs is filling fuel tanks and portable fuel tanks for various equipment. Since some equipment motors are still hot there is a risk of fire, so I wanted a flame resistant shirt to go with my Nomex gloves. just in case! This long sleeve polo shirt is perfect for my work wear while at work. refuel. It's loose and comfortable and doesn't look like a fireman's outfit, so I don't have to look like an idiot next to my less safety-conscious colleagues. Other reviewers have mentioned that the shirt is a little scratchy, but I didn't notice that. I also followed the washing instructions so there was no shrinkage or other undesirable results. If your job requires a higher level of safety due to potential exposure to flame, this shirt should be very good at meeting that requirement.
