First check the holes on the back of the TV.
I think my TV came out before the "Vesa" hole. I bought this and it doesn't fit the holes in the back of my TV. Do not buy this if your holes on the back of your TV for a bracket are more than 17" apart. Mine is on a bracket as I am currently using a TV stand with bracket. I should have tested it first but assumed it would work since I had a plasma flat panel display that was held in place by a clamp. My rating does not reflect the quality of the product, just a warning to check the back of the TV first.
