I have been a camera lover for 45 years. In 2002 I bought my first digital camera. It was Canon and it was a very good camera. Then I got a Sony Cybershot and it was the worst junk I've ever had! Like an idiot I bought another one online and it had the same problems. My wife bought me a Nikon D80 and sometimes the thing just stopped working. I see from online reviews that many people are having the same problem with the D80. This Nikon Coolpix is the best camera I have ever owned. One thing that photography enthusiasts should avoid is the fact that the video mode at the highest setting takes 250MB for one minute of video! Now this is a quality film. Four little films and you've used up GB. However, there are lower settings. Great camera!
