Works great. In Toto's toilet, the toilet flush lever broke. I can not do anything. I just removed the broken one and went to my big hardware store which has everything, of about 10 kinds and then a couple of all in ones that say they are made for my toilet - no luck. My wife and I have been trying to get it working properly. I sent it back the same day. I searched the internet for a replacement part - Dang Revane had the exact part that was needed. Exact model. Got it through Prime and installed it in less than five minutes, hand tightened the nut and then used the wrench to tighten the hook chain. Washed out great. Of course, the right part costs twice as much as an all-in-one model. But it was easy and it works. So if you have a Toto toilet and need a part under the lid, you have all the part and model numbers. I never write reviews but that was too easy. hope it lasts
