I'm disappointed with this as I was hoping to really test out their equalizer app and get the most out of it. I didn't have the opportunity to do that. What I can say about these headphones is that they appear to be of good quality and the ear tip selection should be enough to work with any ear canal. My spouse doesn't prefer to fit, I have no problem. They are a bit heavy at high frequencies out of the box, but that can be adjusted! There is also a surround mode and a game mode (with low latency). They have not been used for gaming and have not been abused. They have not been used in the shower, washing machine, during sports or similar. I don't really understand how either of them died. Maybe the charging case stopped charging or something. Attempting to flip the left ear cup to the right side with the case open also seemed to prevent charging. I really can't tell what the problem is, but it's disappointing. Also, the connection wasn't always as fast as some other TWS headphones I've used. The way you touch them to skip to the next track and adjust the volume is pretty nice. It's not easy to accidentally press buttons, so I appreciate that. There are many options for true wireless earbuds these days. This has been true ever since Apple decided to ditch the iPhone 7's headphone jack, requiring manufacturers to step up their game. Maybe it's the quality control, that's why I'm not giving a star. I had high expectations for this set. This is the third or fourth pair I have ever used and I was really looking forward to a quality product compared to the rest of the pack as they were more expensive than some of the others I tried. Here is the bottom line. They come with an equalizer app that works really well. This makes a difference unless you only have 1 working earbud! 2 stars because the product should have a better lifespan.
