Update: Contacted customer service and sent new vacuum cleaner. I really hope this one sucks better and the other just isn't very good. but very pleased that you reached out and helped me. So get more stars for the great customer service and update when I try the new vacuum cleaner :) I bought it for Christmas and just used the vacuum cleaner and it sucks. It clogs very easily, only connects to the car, not the house. I used it for about five minutes and will never use it again
