Very, very, VERY reddish purple.
So if you wanted to gravitate toward lilac, this article is NOT for you. However, it has REALLY given my hair a nice color, it's definitely PURPLE, but not as orchid (which I thought was a slightly reddish lilac) as I was expecting. I suppose this is a case of the objective view "your red is not the same as my red".
