Scarf and hat included. I am very happy with the quality of both. The jersey is very thick, insulating and will keep my 5 year old daughter warm in the coming winter months. In my photo, the scarf is folded in half. It's long, long and allows you to wear it in different ways. The hat is just adorable and doesn't have enough bobbles at the top that look like animal ears or something. That's nice. Make sure you hand wash this set or you risk tearing the fabric and ruining it. Also, you probably want to hang up that CD.
