Poor quality screw.
Everything seems easy if it weren't for these 2 screws. I see that others have the same problem. Definitely bad design. I'm not sure why they can't include the 2 screws used for the top monitor. Not true, because you have to screw on the plastic handle. Then they are cut off at the bottom. Garenteeing They tear off the plastic handle that you should screw on. Will not buy any other Vivo product again.
