Great ice cream/frozen yogurt container. The purchase is worthwhile. Remember that if you are making 2 liters of frozen dessert you will need 2 containers as each container only holds 1.5 litres. My 2 liter Cuisinart fills almost 2 containers to the brim after whipping, leaving enough room to expand when the dessert is done freezing. The condition and taste of the dessert is greatly improved by the container, and even after a couple of days there is no sign of freezer burn (damn homemade frozen dessert!). Please note that all of my caps are snug fitting. So if you get one with a free top it's a manufacturing defect - I would contact Sumo to let them know. Also, I've found that if my yogurt or ice cream is too hard, I pop the container (without the lid) in the microwave for 30 seconds on 3 (30%) power and it's perfect. So pleased with it I kept coming back to buy more. now i have 4!
