Review on UsabilityTools by David Banks

I like how easy it was to get started with this software, very simple to use! There are so many features to customize your website and make changes as you go along. The support team is great too! They were able to answer all my questions quickly and efficiently. As far as what we've used in terms of usability testing, nothing comes to mind at the moment. We're using it internally, but not sure if anyone has tried to implement it externally yet. Overall, I think it's worth checking out - there really isn't anything bad about it. It does exactly what it says it will do. Testing our site before launch helped us identify areas where users would have trouble navigating or finding content they needed. This allowed us to fix those issues ahead of time instead of having them come back after launching.
