First of all - thanks for writing reviews - I've been searching which one to choose as most of them are too thick - here it is! It's durable and thin, especially when you need to flip pancakes or tender omelettes. I have this brand in some of my kitchen utensils and the quality is excellent so was hoping it would be the same and it's easy to hold, great quality and a fantastic replacement for my old but good unbranded spatula the 30 Years and older was slowly falling apart.
