The packaging was annoying at first. The box and the plastic that held it were fine. The charger itself was then wrapped in plastic. It was so tight I couldn't cut anything underneath. There was no breakage like on the bottle. Then if it worked fine for the first load. My phone was at 100% in 30 minutes and my phone even said fast charging. Turned off and placed in a drink holder. But later that day I plugged it back in and NOTHING happened. Is free. No light. Nothing. I plugged in my old charger and it worked so it was my car. I would have expected more than 1 load from this item. To return!
