NO SMOOTH BEARING!

The product assembled easily with no protrusions on the outside to catch clothes etc. However, the handle bearing has either not been fitted correctly or the gap between the handle and the base is so small that the handle does not rotate completely freely. Works satisfactorily, but not a smooth bearing.
