After having these cables for several months (and up to this point we have only used one of them) they stopped working almost overnight. We initially thought one cable had died from overuse, so we took one of the others out of the box. Same problem. Then another. same problem. We do NOT get error messages when connecting cables to our phones telling us the product is not compatible. What we get is a connection signal and a battery that initially shows a charging icon. HOWEVER, the screen turns off for a second (while charging), the charging process itself stops completely. The phone does NOT BEEP to let you know it's powered off, but it doesn't actually charge the phone. No matter how many times you try to disconnect/reconnect the cable, no matter which cable from the bundle we use and no matter what phone (we have three in our family) it's plugged into, it stops charging almost immediately and the screen switches from. Will NEVER buy again. Don't waste money.
