Love the warmth and comfort of these pajamas! As for the fit: I'm 5'4" and 110-115 pounds and I wanted a relaxed, comfortable fit without a tight waistband. I wasn't sure whether to go for small or medium (I usually go for medium, but the pajama chart says it can be large) so I tried both. 1st photo is medium sized and 2nd photo is medium sized. The difference is not significant, but the medium pants were too loose for me. You can see that the top is wider and the crotch and ankles of the mid-rise pants were also baggy. I have to use the lace every time while on the little one the elastic felt just right, it doesn't pinch but also doesn't sag off my hips which made me realize that even if the elastic wears out over time I'm on drawstring The fit of the sleeve also played a role, the shoulder seam of the sleeve was too far away from my shoulder and the sleeves were a bit longer (3rd photo). On the small one, the sleeves end at the wrists and the shoulders don't look bulky. Everything is still loose enough to be comfortable, but not so loose that I feel like I'm floating in fabric, so I ended up leaving a small one. I'm wearing it right now and after a few washes it's holding up well and still feels soft and cozy. Definitely my new favorite casual wear! Some people prefer big sleeves and a very loose, baggy fit, so mmm. I hope this comparison helps you decide which one is best for your size and preferences!
