Very disappointed and upset that this product has stopped working after only 2 weeks! Then the next day I went on my planned vacation and on my return wanted to return or request an exchange (hoping it was a defective item). Now I'm finding out it's too late for a refund or exchange from AMAZON. I would like to try another as I liked the compact size and it moisturized my bedroom well but stopped working after 2 weeks. Not good at all! And offer no recourse so now my $$ is gone and I'm left with a broken piece of plastic!? Come Homix! Stand up and respect your product! So learn from my extreme frustration and loss of $$. I will never recommend a Homedics product unless an exchange is made. TO UPDATE! I just called Homedics on 1-800# which I googled and now they are sending me another device! Hopefully it will last longer than two weeks so I can give an updated review as soon as I get a new one. SO.two Cheers to Homedics customer service even though I originally bought from AMAZON. How to treat your customers! I'm happy
