Overall I like them. My baby doesn't like straight nipple pads so they are great, especially when we first took her hands out of the diaper and she used to pull ring pads out of her mouth many times. However, I have found that when I wash, water gets into the nipple (I think it gets to the edges of the round part in front) and I have to try several times to squeeze it out, but this makes me skeptical that this will happen (since the patches are on never dry out completely this way). For that reason I wouldn't throw them away again and plan to throw them away as soon as they show signs of wear.
