Works but gives an error code every time

Somewhat complicated verification. but generally they work great but i get an error code on my 2015 jeep renegade saying the headlights are not working when they are. So if you buy this you will make sure you have no more error codes with every backup. They are very bright and do their job. I gave this item a lower overall rating due to a strange error code. After seeing online reviews of other people buying LED backup lights, I saw that some did so because they didn't have a built in 'resistor'. I don't know what it is, but maybe someone does!
