Really like this little machine. After reading the recipes in the booklet that came with it, I was tempted to put it all in a donation box or put it in a Christmas gift box. There's no way I'm going to spend that much time messing up a bunch of bowls and a blender to make a bunch of waffle bowls. I'd rather just buy than sort everything. So I searched a bit for an easier recipe and found one to try. Delicious bowls came out, but there are too many of them. I gave some to my neighbor and plan to work on shortening the recipe. I've found that the outside edges of both shell shapes cook faster than the inside edges, so you really need to keep an eye on them so you don't burn the outside edges. They bake very quickly and are great for a scoop or two of ice cream, pudding, or fruit. The easier recipe I used: o 3 large eggs o 3/4 cup granulated sugar o 1/2 cup butter, melted and cooled o 2 tablespoons pure vanilla extract 1 teaspoon baking powder o 1 cup all-purpose flour Beat eggs, gradually adding sugar and beat smooth. Add chilled melted butter and vanilla.2. Stir in the baking powder and flour and knead drop by drop to form a sticky dough.3. Put a heaping tablespoon on the heated machine, close the lid and bake.
