pH Meter Learning Curve

When I first tried to use this I thought it was broken or just not working. I even ordered more calibration solution packs, thinking that the ones that came with the meter might be defective. While waiting for them to get here I watched some YouTube videos on how to use them, now I'm getting pretty accurate readings. I recommend learning how to calibrate and storing solutions in labeled dishes for a few days until you are comfortable with calibrating. You will most likely find that you are doing it wrong. After calibrating properly after several attempts, I reached 24 fl oz of tap water after sitting at pH 7.8 for a day to dechlorinate. I then added 1 drop of PH and stirred until I reached a PH level of 6.3 for my seedlings. I knew it was working properly when the meter read every drop I added, showing a gradual drop in PH of around 0.1-0.2 each time. The lower the PH, the more PH is required to achieve a significant enough change in PH. I hope this helps someone before they get frustrated and decide to come back like I almost did.
