The material for these masks appears to be linen, not cotton, so the holes in it are larger than the cotton material. I don't recommend them, I had high hopes for them, I won't be returning them because I don't think it's ethical to open the packaging of masks and return them to the seller, I hate the idea of someone else buying masks for resale processed . I washed them and they were a little discolored, not recommended!
