Take the size seriously, buy two sizes up.
I've read other opinions that the size is 2 sizes too small and it seems correct. I usually wear size XL and think 2XL would be too big, but went for it anyway. Guess the 2XL is too small, I had a hard time just fitting in my pants. I wore it briefly but it seems the material doesn't let air through at all.
