After further discussion with the seller and the second beep I have learned two things: 1. This company will endorse their product as they will send me the second beep for free. 2. They listen to what their customers have to say. I told them to include the connection instructions in the package as printing from their webpage could be a problem, they said they fixed that. They also stated that they would include a vertical mounting of the supercharger in the instructions for the horn to work properly. The horn sounds much better, 4 stars out of 5 as I had to search the website for instructions on how to connect the first horn. Spent a day installing this beep. I should have known better and tested before I took the inner wheel off, took off the stock horn, rearranged all the wires, soldered everything together, taped the wires and taped everything. I was so excited. Then I pressed the beep button on my RAM. What a complete and utter disappointment. I'm not sure if the compressor is a piece of scrap or horns, but by no means can this qualify as an air horn. Not to mention there were no instructions on how to install the horn. I had to go back to this addon and take a picture with my phone to be sure the wiring is working. Completely disappointed in this product. They say they will refund my money. Please do this so I can purchase another product.
