They are able to provide us with all of our needs, including hardware support for both servers as well as desktops in house or at remote offices across North America! Their customer service has been excellent since we started using them several years ago when they were called Computer Support Group (CSG) - now known as Microage by their new owners!! I have not had any problems during this time period so far nor would like one if it did arise- however you never know what could happen down the road but rest assured i am happy with my current situation here at work.
We use micro age primarily because there greats knowledge base about server configuration which allows me to troubleshoot issues without having to rely solely upon technical skills/knowledge myself.
