My granddaughter loves owls as much as I do so choosing a humidifier for her room wasn't difficult and it was a hit! Operating the humidifier is simple, easy and effortless! Even my three year old granddaughter can handle it! You simply unscrew the tank cap, pour the tank upside down into the sink, put the cap back on, then flip it over (she needs help with that part) and put the tank back on the unit! It is so easy! I really like that it includes a built in auto shut off feature that kicks in when the water tank is empty for safety reasons. With this built-in feature, there is no need to worry about the device overheating and failing! Not to mention they use less electricity than a traditional lightbulb and the only sound you hear is a light mist that lulls the kids to sleep! .I love the concept of cold steam vs warm steam to avoid bacteria multiplying and it really helps her sleep as the cool moisture in the air hydrates her airways and prevents them from becoming clogged so she can sleep through the night. Not only is this great for stuffy or stuffy noses, dry itchy skin and chapped lips, but we also use it to help moisturize her airways during allergy season as she doesn't have that dry tickling throat that makes her cough brings. when we use this humidifier! I don't even have to give her allergy meds at night if I turn on her humidifier. This in itself is an amazing benefit! I can't say enough good things about him! As you lean forward and hold your face over the humidifier, you'll feel cool mist and water drip onto your face. If you have hardwood floors like mine, it's best to place a towel under the humidifier to catch any moisture that might fall off and settle on the floor. I have never had such an effective moisturizer. This is a great product and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a great humidifier!
