This is a male sex toy. The toy has 2 silicone rings of eight next to each other with a battery and a motor compartment. This is a rechargeable battery. There are multiple settings for different vibrations. Rings don't vibrate. Only the motor housing vibrates. It has pretty good vibrations considering the small size of the engine. To charge the toy, you need to find the charging hole on the battery/motor case. The hole is closed and you need to poke a hole to insert the charging cable. (See photo for location.) If the setting is correct, the small blue LED will flash. I'm not exactly sure what you're doing with this thing, but I didn't think it would be a very good sex toy, so I'm not going to play with this toy.
