First of all, the batteries last a long time before they need to be recharged, and they charge very quickly. I want to love the product, but the charging cable has some problems. This is the second charger I buy and in less than a month the cable stopped working. I gave it a second chance thinking it was just a problem with my first cable but I was wrong, it happened again and I take very good care of my stuff. I really hope they fix the charging cable issue because other than that the product is great. It's a shame.
